Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, except during promotional periods or holidays when processing times may be slightly longer.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (CANADA)

Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited mail service with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. If you are within the GTA (Toronto), your packages will typically arrive within 2-3 business days by selecting the standard shipping rate.

Note: We operate a no safe drop policy. Packages will not be left unattended at the delivery address. If no one is available to receive the package, Canada Post will leave a notice card with instructions for pickup at the designated postal location.

SHIPPING TO THE USA

All orders to the USA are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) with a tracking number and delivery confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped with a tracking number and incur a flat shipping fee ranging from $60 to $85, depending on the destination.
