It depends on your location. All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours from the time of purchase.

In North America, most orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks. 

Orders are shipped via Canada Expedited with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. Additional duties and taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state specific requirements. Since we ship from Toronto, Toronto residents typically receive their orders in 2 business days.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our jewelry, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for exchange only. We do not provide refunds on any merchandise. All sale items are final sale whether purchased for yourself or received as a gift. 

Yes. All items that have been marked down and are displaying a red price tag are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
